DELIVERY POLICY

1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted promptly.

3. All deliveries are only within Malaysia. Street names and postcode must be correct and accurate.

4. NO P.O. Box or International addresses.

5. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.

6. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the courier service company within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.

7. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and GIES will not be liable to provide any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

8. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.

9. Our collaborative courier partners are Citylink, Lalamove, Poslaju, ABX & DHL.

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout with below reference based on regions. * (the fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice).

- KL, Putrajaya & Selangor: Flat rate per order at RM15. Free shipping for purchase of RM300 & above.

- Peninsula Malaysia (Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang & Terengganu): RM20 for first 2kg, and every additional RM5 per 1kg. Free shipping for purchase of RM400 & above.

- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM25 for first 2kg, and every additional RM8 per 1kg. Free shipping for purchase of RM600 & above.

2. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping handling charges.
