Thanks for shopping with GIES.
We guarantee our packing as well as the quality of our pieces. In case of breakage or damage of our pieces in transit, please call us immediately at 012-2055549 or email us at [email protected] to report any details. All orders MUST be opened and inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the box and breakage. If possible, we will replace the broken pieces or offer a refund.
Your satisfaction is important to us
- Refunds will be made if items are returned to us with 14 days in the condition they were sent.
- Any breakage must be reported upon arrival of goods.
- Please retain your invoice (proof of purchase) for presentation with your claim.
- A re-stocking fee of 20% can be charged IF no error is made on our part. Shipping & handling charges are NOT refundable and return freight is at the expense of the buyer. The original shipping charges are refundable if an error was made on our part.
